Ingredients

  • Chicken – 100 gm
  • Oil – 1 Tsp
  • National Chicken Tikka Boti Masla – 1 Tsp’
  • Lemon – 1/2
  • Chopped Shimla Mirch – 1
  • Chopped Onion – 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Tomatoes – 2 Tbsp
  • Sweet Corn – 2 Tbsp
  • National Chinese Chilli Sauce – 1 Tbsp
  • National Vinegar – 1 Tsp
  • National Cumin Powder – 1/4 Tsp
  • National Iodized Salt – 2 Pinch
  • Chopped Green Coriander – 1 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Tsp
  • Salsa Chicken Beans
  • Yogurt
  • National Chat Masala
  • Boiled Rice

Method

In a bowl – add chicken, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp National Tikka Boti Masala, squeezed lemon and 1 chopped shimla mirch.

Mix well.

In a bowl – add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tbsp National Chinese Chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp National Vinegar, 1/4 tbsp National Cumin Powder, 2 pinches of National Iodized Salt, 1 tsp chopped green coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chopped green chilli.

Mix well.

Grill vegetables and chicken for 2 minutes.

In a bowl – add salsa chicken beans, yogurt on boiled rice, chicken and vegetables.
