Ingredients

  • Chopped Chicken – 1 Cup
  • National Chicken Tandoori Masala – 1 Tbsp
  • National Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tsp
  • National Ginger Paste – 1/2 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion – 1/2 Cup
  • Colored Capsicum – 2 Tbsp
  • Pizza Sauce – 1 Cup
  • National Chilli Garlic Sauce – 1 Tbsp
  • Pizza Dough
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Melted Butter

Method

In a bowl – add chopped chicken, 1 tbsp National Chicken Tandoori Masala, 1/2 tsp National Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp National Ginger Paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice and oil 1 tbsp.

Mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour.

In a frying pan – add this mixture and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped onion, colored capsicum, 1 cup pizza sauce and 1 tbsp National Chilli Garlic Sauce.

Cook all the ingredients for 2 minutes.

Roll pizza dough, slice thin squares, fill the squares with the mixture, add shredded mozzarella cheese and pile them on top of each other.

Place the pile on a non-stick pan and brush it with melted butter.

Sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese on top and bake it in an oven at 250 C for 20 minutes.
