Ingredients

  • Minced Chicken : 150 gm
  • National Chicken Tikka Masala : 1 Tbsp
  • National Ginger Garlic Masala : 1/2 Tbsp
  • Oregano : 1/4 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion : 2 Tsp
  • Chopped Capsicum : 2 Tbsp
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese : 100 gm
  • National Chilli Garlic Sauce : 2 Tbsp
  • All Purpose Flour : 2 Cups
  • National Iodized Salt : 1/2 Tsp
  • Ghee : 2 Tbsp
  • Egg : 1
  • Water : 1/3 Cup
  • Oil : For Frying

Method

Take some minced chicken in a sauce pan and add 1/2 cup water, National Chicken Tikka Masala, National Ginger Garlic Paste and cook on low heat till all the moistre dries out

Turn the heat off. Add oregano, onion, and capsicum, stir well. Cool it off on room temperature

Add mozzarella cheese and National Chilli Garlic, mix them well. Keep them aside for later use

Combine All Purpose Flour, National Iodized Salt and Ghee, mix them well.

Add one egg and some water, knead the mixture and make a dough

Let the dough rest for 15 minutes

Cut the dough in 4 equal portions and roll the dough out in thin rectangular sheet

Make 2×2 squares from these portions with the help of a knife

Use a spoon to put the chicken mixture in the center of the squares. Use your fingers to apply water or egg on the edges of the squares. Cover them with plain square sheet and seal them with a fork

Heat some oil for 3-4 minutes on medium temperature then turn the heat on and fry the pockets till they show nice golden color
