Peshawari Enchilada

Ingredients

  • Minced Beef: 500 gm
  • National Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
  • National Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Oil
  • National Chapli Kabab Masala: 1/2 packet
  • Water:
  • Coriander: 1/4 cup
  • Green Onion: 1/2 cup
  • Flour: 2 tbsp
  • National Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  • Tomato Paste: 1 cup
  • National Garlic Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tsp
  • Tortilla/Chapatti
  • Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup

Method

Add minced beef, National Ginger Paste, National Garlic Paste, 1/4 cup oil, National Chapli Kabab Masala in a pan and cook well.

Add coriander and green onion in it. Mix, cook and set it aside.

Add 1/4 cup oil, flour and National Red Chili Powder in a pan. Cook well.

Add tomato paste and 1 1/2 cup water. Mix well.

Add National Garlic Powder, salt and cumin seeds. Cook well.

Add the mixture on a tortilla/chapatti. Make a roll. Pour the paste on it.

Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 15 minutes on 250 degree centigrade in an oven.

Serve hot.
