- Mutton : half kg
- Tomatoes : 250 grams
- Onions : 4, sliced finely
- Yogurt : half cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoon
- National Achar Gosht Masala : 1 packet (50 grams)
- For Stuffed Chilies
- Lemon Juice : half cup
- Green Chilies : 10
- National Achar Gosht Masala : 2 tablespoon
Slit the green chilies lengthways and stuff with a paste of lemon juice and 2 tbsp National Achar Gosht Masala.
Heat oil and fry the onions.
Add the meat, ginger garlic paste, 1 glass of water and cook covered until the meat is tender.
Mix in the tomatoes, yogurt, the remaining National Achar Gosht Masala and cook on high heat until the oil separates.
Pour in 2 glasses of water for the gravy.
Arrange the stuffed chilies on top of the meat and simmer until gravy is richly fragrant.
Serve with fresh naans.
