Ingredients

  • For Beef
  • Beef Julian (undercut) : 250 gm
  • Egg : 1/2
  • Corn Flour : 3 Tbsp
  • National Iodized Salt : 1/4 Tsp
  • Zarda Color : 1/8 Tsp
  • White Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tsp
  • Oil : Deep Fry
  • For Sauce
  • Oil : 4 Tbsp
  • Garlic Chopped : 1 Tbsp
  • Capsicum Julian : 1/2
  • Green Chilli Julian : 3
  • Onion : 1
  • White Pepper : 1/4 Tsp
  • National Soy Sauce : 1 Tsp
  • National Iodized Salt : 1/2 Tsp
  • National Chinese Salt : 1/2 Tsp
  • Sugar : 1/4 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice : 1 Tbsp

Method

For beef, combine all ingredients and mix them well

Heat some oil at medium and fry chicken till it turns in golden color

For sauce, heat some oil in a wok. Add garlic and fry it till it turns golden

Add all the vegetables and fried beef. Stir fry it for few minutes

Add rest of the ingredients and stir fry for one more minute and serve hot
