- Chicken : 1/2 kg, boneless
- Green Chilies : 8
- Garlic : 8 cloves
- Ginger : 1 piece
- Spring Onions : 250 grams
- Raw Papaya Paste : 1 tablespoon
- Eggs : 2
- Fresh Cream : 1/2 cup
- National Malai Tikka Masala : 1 packet (50 grams)
In a chopper, finely chop together chicken, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger and the white bulbs of spring onions.
Add the raw papaya paste, fresh cream, eggs and National Malai Tikka Masala and mix well.
Press handfuls of the mixture onto thick skewers and barbecue on hot coals.
Baste with oil at regular intervals.
Serve hot when cooked through.
